Hello,

If you’re reading this, you’re likely searching for a real estate broker—thank you for considering me. With so many options out there, two important questions arise: Am I the right fit for you? And how do you decide?

The best way to find out is through a phone call, a virtual meeting, or better yet, an in-person conversation. That way, we can get to know each other and determine if we’re a good match. But since you might not be ready for that just yet, this bio will give you a glimpse into my personality, business philosophy, and experience.

Personality

  • One of my core values is contributing to the well-being of others. Since homeownership plays a key role in both emotional and financial wellness, this career gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
  • I focus on relationships, not transactions.
  • I believe in transparency, accuracy, and integrity. If I think buying or selling a home isn’t in your best interest, I’ll say so.
  • I’m a lifelong learner and highly analytical. Over my 34-year career, I’ve spent countless hours studying real estate and developing custom spreadsheets to crunch the numbers.
  • I question everything—even why I question everything. I’ve examined many common real estate beliefs and found them lacking. For example, I can show why the following popular ideas can be misleading:

“It’s better to buy than to rent.”

“Now is a great time to buy.”

“Buy a starter home and move up later.”

“Location, location, location.”

“When comparing loans, use the APR.”

Business Philosophy

In all aspects of life and business, I strive to live by the Rotary Four-Way Test:

  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Client Attention

I’m not a high-volume agent. I prefer working closely with a small number of clients to give each one my full attention.
